Team 3 have been learning about sugar in our food!
We began our project by brainstorming our favourite drinks and reading food labels. We looked at the difference between good sugars and bad sugars. Once we had located all of the sugar content we were able to divide that number by 4 (Approx 4 grams in a teaspoon).
We worked in groups to discuss, measure and calculate the amounts in each item. We learnt a lot and were all surprised with how much sugar is in our drinks!
